We deploy a long-term model of care for kids and youth experiencing homelessness.
A youth who graduates high school is 400% less likely to experience homelessness as an adult. PHA provides 24/7 individualized case management, essential basic needs, mentorship, academic support, and career guidance to youth from kindergarten to age 24.
